Our History
2011 - nkey
nkey, a technology company specialising in the creation of mobile applications, identified a lack of agility and standardisation in property rental inspections. These problems, coupled with negligence or a lack of competence in conducting the activity, caused serious disruptions for real estate agencies and their clients, especially during property vacating.
2011 - Vistoria Simples
Vistoria Simples emerged as a smart solution for conducting inspections via tablets, results-oriented. With the contribution of hundreds of real estate agencies across Brazil, the software underwent several updates and continues to be improved to this day, providing increased productivity and quality to the property rental process.
2016 - Rede Vistorias
Rede Vistorias was founded, becoming the first real estate inspection franchise network in Brazil. The company integrated its digital platform with specialised inspectors to provide agility, transparency, and security in the property inspection process. After an intense period of business structuring and validation, Rede Vistorias began expanding its operations through the franchise model.
2018 - 1st Investment Round
In May 2018, the company received its first financial investment, a 2 million reais investment round managed by BZPlan.
2018 - Milestone Achievement
In October 2018, Rede Vistorias reached the milestone of one million square metres inspected across all of the company's units.
2020 - 2nd Investment Round
In September 2020, Rede Vistorias received a second financial investment. The investment round was led by Domo Invest, with participation from Invisto and Terracota Ventures – a company specialised in startups focused on the construction sector (construtechs) and the real estate sector (proptechs).
2020 - Acquisition and Growth
After the second investment round in 2020, the companies ConfiaX Seguros and Izee became part of Rede Vistorias, as Rede ConfiaX and Rede Izee, serving the insurance and electronic processes markets.
2021 - We Become a Group
In 2021, Rede Vistorias, Rede ConfiaX, and Rede Izee were integrated into the GrupoRV.
2022 - 3rd Investment Round
At the beginning of 2022, GrupoRV received its third investment round. The investment of 35 million reais was led by Oria and G5 Partners.
2024 - Expansion into Portugal
At the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024, operations were launched in Portugal.
